the breakfast was great but the staff had such a snobbish attitude, it was like they were doing us a favor. and don't even get me started on the check-in machine—absolute rubbish! i expected special treatment after all those issues, but nope, just a plain room. it's baffling. i almost thought about giving a good review but just couldn't.

Recommend it for family with kids

The location is a gem, right across from the train station, makes it so easy to explore the area. We loved having breakfast on the terrace, the staff were always smiling and made it feel like home.

It wasn’t inexpensive but I guess it’s acceptable for what we got.

Lungern is an amazing place, perfect for family trips. we enjoyed scenic walks and breathtaking views around the cable car station. The kids loved the entertaining games available on each floor, making our stay all the more enjoyable!
