Everything was perfect here. Our king room was complete with a balcony, integrated open bathroom, as for instance. Hotel's staff were outstandingly accommodating. Bountiful and great breakfast was available. In front of the train station, the location was excellent and particularly good, very close to the train station. Loved it.

The breakfast was great but the staff had such a snobbish attitude, it was like they were doing us a favor. And don't even get me started on the check-in machine-absolute rubbish! I expected special treatment after all those issues, but nope, just a plain room. It's baffling. I almost thought about giving a good review but just couldn't.

The location is a gem, right across from the train station, makes it so easy to explore the area. We loved having breakfast on the terrace, the staff were always smiling.

It wasn't inexpensive but I guess it's acceptable for what we got.

Checking in was easy, y'all! Loved sipping coffee on the balcony with that fine mountain view-just made my heart sing. The staff were as friendly as a summer day, and the room was nice and clean. Wish they had those fans for hot nights, though!

Lungern is an amazing place, perfect for family trips. We enjoyed scenic walks and amazing views around the cable car station. The kids loved the entertaining games available on each floor!

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities indoors.
